If you have past experience as an IT Manager and fit the listed requirements, this could be the opportunity for you! All candidates must fit 4 required areas: 1) Previous experience 5-10 years in manufacturing or agriculture industry. 2) Management of IT staff for 5-10 years. 3) Business systems experience (Oracle, Great Plains, etc). 4) SQL and/or .net development experience. Will conduct regular audits of programs, analyze problems and provide immediate corrective action. Will work with managers, employees, and payroll to resolve employee pay and timekeeper issues. Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all information contained in all systems and reports. Maintain security, maintenance, and back-up procedures for financial systems. A candidate that comes with a Bachelor's degree in a technical field would be ideal.
