This company is a growing family-owned business, and will be a direct report to the CFO/CIO. You will be responsible for creating and shaping policies, procedures and practices to ensure that maximum efficiency and quality are reached in various operating departments. Candidates must have 5-10 years of experience in agribusiness or manufacturing industry. Candidates must also have extensive experience managing IT staff, as well as overseeing programming.
