Well known company in search of an IT manager. Serious candidates only. Please read over job description. Respond asap for immediate consideration. Responsible for the administration, management, maintenance and support of the Banks installed LAN. This includes all connectivity-related issues, enhancement/modifications, security issues, communications, resource availability, and network backup and storage. Responsible for the on-going support of the installed software on the LAN. Specifically, but not limited to, security/access rights, updates, forms and printing issues, and communications. Responsible for on-going assistance to the marketing department, including but not limited to, advertising, flyers, graphics/presentations, and reports. Responsible for on-going assistance to the Branch Operations department, including but not limited to, FISERV/Data Line, Encompass, on-line banking and web site support. Assist with the overall support of all hardware and software applications including but not limited to, trouble shooting, questions, training, and the creation and/or assistance with spreadsheet applications, and computer models. Assist with the analysis, installation, and implementation of new microcomputer hardware and software. Assist with the coordination of necessary maintenance for the installed microcomputer hardware. This also encompasses the tracking and reporting of such maintenance. Responsible for development and maintenance of an inventory tacking and information database/program for all data processing equipment and software. This would also include a network map of the corporate LAN. Assist with the support of all corporate database/master file information and reporting through established PC database, adhoc requests. Assist with the support of FISERV/Data Line terminals and configuration as appropriate. Responsible for other duties as assigned as EUC database. Candidate should posses a Bachelor Degree from credit school, and have three to five years experience in information technology field with some supervisor experience. Must have an understanding how the computer and data networking work. Understanding how the backup and business continuity process works and understanding how to manage help desk support. Summary of Qualifications 3-5 yrs. Previous MIS Experience. Network certification such as Network +, MCSE, or CCNA Banking system knowledge desired. PBX/Phone System knowledge is a plus. df-tc
