Description
Our North Texas client is looking for an IT Manager.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or equivalent
- Master's degree is preferred.
3-5 yrs. Network/systems administration
Diverse set of IS/IT skills (applications and network experience)
Work experience in telephone systems (PBX, voice mail) and geographically dispersed networks
Strong knowledge in Web infrastructures
Forecasting costs, equipment, and personnel needs for projects
Managing user requests via help desk mgmt. or other format
Prepares long & short range plans for application selection, systems development & acquisition of resources.
Establishes working relationships with MIS contractors and equipment suppliers
1-2 yrs. Supervisory work experience


Strong knowledge in wireless, firewalls, security, disaster recovery, backup, archival, control policies, TCP/IP, Microsoft Exchange, Windows XP, Dial-up networking, NT/2000 Server, SQL, HTML, VPN, RAS, Microsoft Windows NT, PC repair, digital cameras, scanners, migrations,

Software: Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Access), Norton Antivirus, Abode Acrobat, Crystal reports, PhotoShop, pcAnywhere, Mac, Visio
