Description
This individual will manage and provide technical leadership to the Electronic Communications staff. This team is currently comprised of four IT professionals who support B2B Communications utilizing Sterling Commerce products: Connect: Direct, Connect: Enterprise, Enterprise Gateway and GIS. Responsibilities include working with vendors to assess and install new or upgraded software, adhering to Project Management and IT software development lifecycle (SDLC), operational procedures and development and security standards. Actively engages in change management with business partners to ensure successful acceptance and readiness of delivered solution.
