We are currently seeking an IT Manager for a direct-hire need with one of our clients in Raleigh, NC.

Information Technology Manager
? Directs the work of the IT staff
? Prepares IT Budget annually
? Evaluates new technology and develops short-term and long-term goals, recommending IT programs to support strategic business initiatives
? Develops and recommends corporate IT policies and procedures
? Manages corporate IT assets
? Analyzes existing business practices and recommends modifications necessary to improve efficiency and data visibility through technological integration of processes
? Manages relationships with external organizations and vendors concerning enterprise information technology systems
? Evaluates, designs, and implements business-to-business solutions for supply chain, partner and customer information exchange in support of business initiatives
? Manages internal and external corporate web applications and related databases
? Evaluates, administers, and supports enterprise software and databases
? Manages, administers, and supports corporate business intelligence

Experience/Skills
Qualifications:
? Minimum 10 years experience in IT and related project management
? Experience in E-Marketing
? Experience in ERP System management and business process analysis
? Experience with SQL Server
? Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX a plus
? Experience with Business Objects XI and Crystal Reports XI a plus
? Experience managing websites and applications, including managing web-based application development
? Excellent problem solving skills
? Excellent written and oral communication skills
