Description

Immediate need for IT manager meeting the following criteria:
-Experience in Highway ITS/TCS Design and/or Construction and/or Construction Monitoring and Supervision.
-Experience with quantity takeoff review and pricing during tender processes.
-Basic skills with AutoCAD and/or Microstation.
-Basic skills with Microsoft Project.
-Basic notions of programming languages (C++, Java), databases (Oracle and SQL) and operative systems (Microsoft Windows Server, Linux and/or Sun Solaris environments).
