Description
The Enterprise Command Center Analysts oversees the operation of computer hardware and various software systems, and are responsible for detecting, monitoring, notification, and reporting of computer processing errors. ECC Analysts can anticipate problems and take some preventive action. They interpret problems and provide first level support for hardware, software, and systems issues. ECC Analysts field telephone calls and e-mail messages from programmers, support personnel, and helpdesk seeking guidance on operational problems; and resolve reoccurring difficulties. Monitoring of the hardware and software includes Network / Telecom components, operating system, batch scheduler, CICS, IDMS, etc. They notify and report system outages using a problem management application, and report the system status on a daily basis.
