Qualifications:
Must have good written and verbal communication skills - Must have good customer service skills - Must have good organizational skills. Must be able to manage multiple tasks at once. - Any experience in dealing with Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, US Mobility, etc at a corporate level is preferred.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for processing incoming Wireless Device related orders and support calls from our internal IT Catalog (Not a field position) - Process orders / support calls in a timely manner. - Provide consultations to clients when requested by the client or when dictated by policy - Understand the clients needs to insure correct IT product is ordered the first time - Provide excellent customer service when consulting with clients - Identify client business requirements and match mobile devices to client needs - Provide quality customer service while consulting with client - Enforce company standards and process orders in a timely manner
