The Database Manager will oversee Client Operations as performed by the IT Department and will directly manage 2-6 IT staff members. Will also manage client processes and procedures for maximum efficiency and optimal results including file loading, file processing, database operations, client operations, reporting, and quality control. Needs the ability to learn, master, and develop skills and understanding of database systems, software and processes utilized for Client IT Operations.
