Description
Reporting to the VP of Information Technology, the IT Operations Manager will be primarily responsible for management, administration of the Managed Analytics technology infrastructure.

Experience/Skills
.Manage data center operations. .Manage QA and deployment processes for production systems. Manage SLA's for support of client hosted systems (e.g. 24/7 in some cases, 8am-8pm in others) .Manage helpdesk systems and staffing for multiple clients (including offshore Helpdesk) .Manage a multi-geography team (ATL=3D4, Delhi+3, Chicago=3D Coordination) .Infrastructure capacity planning for growth as Inforte MA adds new clients. .Quarterly & annual hardware / software budget projections for data center. .Some vendor management (e.g. Oracle, EMC, Solarcom/CDW, etc) in coordination with MA Program Management. .Disaster recovery planning and business continuity. .IT Security policy and procedures.
