Experience/Skills

Minimum five years expereince in IT helpdesk, Operations or Customer Service Management

Experience and knowledge of Windows environment, software installation, and directory structures.

Experience deploying and troubleshooting web-bsed applications.

Ability to troubleshoot end-user incident reports in a complex computing environment.
