Manage IT project installation staffing, including recruitment, development, motivation, coach, evaluation and disciplinary actions.Manage and maintain the operation schedule. Experience/Skills
BS, CS, or equivalent in IT or engineering is required. MS is a plus. Three or more years in leading IT project teams including project managers, and a minimum of 3 years hands-on project management with large IT systems installation is a Plus.
