We are currently looking for an I.T. Operations Specialist to join our team in Pasadena, CA.

Job Responsibilities:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Information Technology Operations Manager to work in our Pasadena facility. This person will act as the Operational Manager for IS support and associated financial control of a Business Unit overhead budget.

The Operations Specialist works directly and communicates regularly with the client Business Unit leadership, and Office/Project Managers to provide IS Support. They will also be coordinating and interacting regularly with all other IS Support teams on the account; notably Finance/Procurement, Integrated Support Services, Infrastructure, and Applications teams.

Required Skills:
  • Strong IT operations background as well as financial skills with the proven ability to manage IT budgets to $18M/year.

  • 4-5 years of broad Information Technology experience, preferably in infrastructure and operations.

  • IT Project management experience.

  • Strong client relationship building skills and a comfort level with presenting to executive level teams.


    • Desired Skills:
  • Engineering and Construction Industry experience.


    • Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
