Position in the dynamic and growing area of IT Operations. This position in the Metrics Management group will work with other IT Operations areas to develop reports on metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operations dashboards. This includes development of monthly and ad-hoc reports, and supporting information requests from IT Operations area and external constituents (such as Internal Audit)

Successful candidate must possess an understanding data structures, operational reporting and IT Operations. The candidate must be organized, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and possess good Customer Service skills. Must be able to multi-task, and be pro-active in addressing issues quickly.

Specific responsibilities will include
* Identification of IT Operations key performance indicators and metrics
* Developing key control reports and monitors
* Other special projects as necessary

Requirements include:
Experience with business intelligence and/or reporting tools (such as Business Objects, Crystal, Microsoft SSRS or Oracle BI)df-tc
