Minimum education required:*
Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.Minimum work experience required:
*Consulting background a plus.

Team managementDescription of duties & responsibilities:
Has overall responsibility for planning, directly, and coordinating activities pertaining to technology and business unit projects.
Portfolio management of multiple projects grouped together as a program.
Develop detailed project plans that define key activities, timelines, and resource requirements needed to achieve project objectives.
May manage staff responsible for support of new or previously developed applications from analysis through post-implementation product support.
Conducts full life cycle project process management, including gathering requirements and performing cost/benefit analysis to ensure quality is addressed through all phases of the project.
May be responsible for developing client relationships and working closely with users and technology departments to ensure acceptance, quality, and integrity of the information. Responsible for managing project teams and related implementation activities according to project plans.
Accountable for timely completion of projects and deliverables within established timelines. Responsible for executing full and complete technical documentation for new systems. Responsible for executing full testing of new systems.*
