Position Description: Assist in managing C3P Program migration to Fords Unified (Object Oriented) Solution Development Methodology (SDM).Skills Required: In-depth knowledge of Unified Methodologies. Prior development experience with Classic (Waterfall) System Development Methodologies. Prior Project Leadership responsibilities. Exemplary verbal communication skills capable of supporting negotiations and formal training. Written communication skills capable of supporting policy and procedure development for a varied customer base. Microsoft project planning and tracking tools. Experience Required: 5 years experience with Unified SDMs OR 2 years experience actively engaged in the implementation of a Unified SDM. Leadership role in successful IT project delivery Background or demonsrated ability in Organizational Change Management. Prior experience developing and implementing process and procedure changes within an IT organizationExperience Preferred: Prior experience in the Program Management Office of a major IT initiative. Education Required: B.S/M.S. in Information Sciences.
