Knowledge of the following IT areas :

Requirements,

Functional design,

Technical design,

Development,

Testing,

DataBases

W
eb servers, App servers and Database servers,

Minimum Requirements:

Need at least 3-5 years of experience managing

IT Infrastructure and Application Development projects.

Techncial Skills:

MS Shop (.Net, Windows, SQL, Mainframe Cobol, PeopleSoft)...
MS Project (Expert).

Enterprise Project Management (EPM) is a strong plus. Strong in the use of other MS Office projects (Word, Exchange, Excel, Visio, Power Point).

Nice to Have Skills:
PeopleSoft ERP background
Job Duties / Deliverables:
Ability to lead a Team through the Planning, Development, Test and Deployment phases of a project. Able to read and Analyze Business Requirement documents...,

Identify, organize and lead Team resources to assist in completing a detailed project plan that will meet the project requirements.

Manage the project team through the life of the project and report out on statuses.

Manage vendors, implementation partners, and outsourcers etc.

Additional Requirements:

70% Functional and 30% Technical Skills...

Start Date: Approx. March 19 th.

Employment Status.. H-1 is acceptable..
Green Card Holders and US Citizens preferred..

Excellent Communication skills a must..
Location:Iowa
Duration: 3 Months to Permanent Hire
Rate: .$80-85,000/year plus Benefits
