Join our innovative team for the following position:

Our client in the Pittsburgh, PA area has an immediate need for a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in project management, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. This position will facilitate the successful definition and delivery of projects within the company and will be responsible for managing one or more projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements and meet customer expectations.

Required:
. 3+ years of experience working with Legacy and emerging technologies, application architecture, database technologies and system design and implementation
. 3+ years of work experience in issue/study definition, project and methodology design, data analysis and interpretation
. 3+ years of work experience in one or more business processes
. Industry awareness
. Experience in a position facing complex operations
. Goal-oriented and action focused
. Exemplary leadership and communication skills
. Microsoft Project skills

Desired:
. PMP is preferred
. Knowledge of health care industry is preferred

Responsibilities:
. Manage multiple priorities that are required to aid in the corporate strategy for the client
. Perform as a driving force behind project activities
. Provide project scope, definition and planning
. Provide project budgeting, time estimating and scheduling
. Plan staff and level resources
. Organize and lead high performing, cross-functional project teams
. Manage work efforts and activities of exempt employees and contractors assigned to projects
. Monitor project progress and report status
. Perform risk management and contingency planning
