Right now, Oriental Trading Company is seeking an IT Project Manager who will define, plan, and implement new projects to achieve specific business objectives. The incumbent will manage the development, execution, updating and reporting of comprehensive project plans and schedules. Additionally, the individual will create and maintain a detailed project plan to guide high performance teams in achieving project budget, timeline, client experience, and outcome expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess:
§ A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, MIS or related area.
§ Seven (7) years of project management experience including knowledge of software systems analysis, design, programming, testing, and deployment.
§ Three (3) years experience with Project Management methodologies preferred.
§ Proficiency using Microsoft Project and all other Microsoft Office suite products.
§ Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
§ Demonstrated effectiveness in complex problem solving situations, good planning and organizational skills.
§ PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
