One of our clients has excellent job opportunities in the IT area. They are searching for an energetic Project Manager to lead and manage contact center technology projects. This individual must be able to work in a fast paced environment utilizing multi-tasking, strong coordination and communications skills. This person must be able to influence group dynamics in a team player environment. They must be able to work with resources and resource managers to identify issues, roadblocks and facilitate solutions. The PM serves as their client's overall day-to-day primary contact and is responsible for keeping both the client and Internal Management team up to date on project activity status. This position reports to the Manager of IT Project Management. Preference will be given to those with experience leading voice and data infrastructure projects.

Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
. Minimum of 3 years project management experience.
. Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of Project Lifecycle Methodologies.
. Experience with a Project Management tool such as MS Project
. Proven ability to effectively facilitate meetings.
. Demonstrated ability to own, influence and be accountable for success of project being managed.
. Proven ability to lead large project teams, consisting of highly technical resources from multiple disciplines.

Primary Duties:

. Manage the deployment schedule for client infrastructure builds and changes, under the supervision of the Manager of IT Project Manager, using input from the Technology Managers.
. Oversight of onshore and offshore site infrastructure buildout
. Providing mentoring and guidance on project management principles for all assigned project team members
. Overseeing the management of project timelines and milestones for a variety of projects
. Managing assigned project resources on an ongoing basis
. Managing client expectations
. Act as a primary Technical contact for both internal and external customers
. Other duties as assigned.
