Description
Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. It is currently looking for a IT Quality Manager to join our team in Providence, RI.

Job Responsibilities:
Act a Program Manager for implementation and operation of the account Quality Management System (QMS) including:
  • Coordinate ISO9001 certification activities for the account.
  • Coordinate monthly Healthcare Operations Dashboard reporting for the account.

  • Ensure account remains in compliance with the Account Management Methodology (AMM).

  • Tailor and ensure compliance with the Project Management Methodology (PMM).

  • Ensure compliance with the Project Management Quality Program (PMQP), monitor and report on PMQP certifications.
  • Tailor and ensure compliance with the CMMI Solutions Delivery Framework (SDF), report waivers as required.

  • Coordinate scheduling and completion of Healthcare Cultural Assessments.

  • Coordinate scheduling and completion of Healthcare Customer Satisfaction surveys.

  • Ensure that Healthcare Total Cost of Ownership process is followed and reported as required.

  • Ensure that Healthcare Performance Evaluation Report Card (PERC) process is followed and reported as required.

  • Track and report HOST Business Development Quality Certifications.

  • Integrate client needs into the QMS


    • Schedule and monitor account deliverables including:
  • Customer Deliverables

  • Account Deliverables

  • Healthcare Division Deliverables

  • Corporate Deliverables

  • Regulatory Agency Deliverables


    • Coordinate the Program and Process Quality Assurance (PPQA) function including:
  • Complete PPQA compliance audits

  • Participate in Approval to Proceed (ATP) reviews

  • Mentor Project Management teams on Quality management

  • Direct Quality Control activities

  • Manage continuous process improvement initiatives

  • Represent account as member of the Healthcare Division Quality and Standards Group


    • Required Skills:
  • 7+ yrs IT experience / 2+ years quality related experience

  • Working knowledge of quality models (ISO, CMMI, Six Sigma)

  • Understanding of methodologies (AMM, PMM/PMQP, ADM, AMM, PIM & PSA)

  • Understanding of Process and Product Quality Assurance, Measurement and Analysis, Configuration Management Process Areas.

  • Process development experience


    • Desired Skills:
  • Quality Assurance experience (compliance to process)

  • Quality control experience (defect mgmt, validation)

  • Functional area management experience (application development, application support, testing, finance, HR, etc.)

  • PMP certification preferred
