Must have four years minimum experience placing IT candidates for contract assignments. Experience in placing Business Intelligence and Web based Developers and Architects desired. Ability to take direction and work in a team environment. Must have excellent rate negotiation skills and experience in internet recruiting, networking and knowledge in working with 3rd party vendors. Must have a solid understanding of the latest technology and what major clients in the Hartford market desire regarding technical skills for their consultants. Must be able to multitask and build relationships with top candidates in the marketplace.
