Manpower Professional has an opening for an experienced IT Recruiter. This is a permanent position within Manpower and calls for an individual capable of delivering high quality service to both clients and candidates. This is full life cycle recruiting and is responsible for sourcing candidates across a broad range of technical skills and positions. Recruiters within Manpower Professional are responsible for heavy client interaction, from managing the hiring process to sales and lateral marketing. Job Duties will include: Comprehend, analyze, and prioritize technical job orders. Analyze resumes for prompt & accurate submittal to customer; can successfully sell the candidate to the customer. Source and interview applicants to evaluate qualifications. Develop effective recruitment programs and strategies. Timely contact and visits with employees and customers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and employee recognition. Resolve problems or complaints of customers and employees expeditiously & professionally. Determine strategy for maintaining assigned customers & increasing value. Develop solid relationships with key clients at all levels. Lateral marketing to acquire new business Mentor less senior team members and frequently partner with other departments. Work independently with little reliance on management for decision making. Candidates should possess a 4 year degree and 3+ years of recruiting and/or sales experience in IT staffing.
