IT Recruiter-On Site

Synergis, an Inc. 500 company and one of the Southeast's most prominent IT staffing and recruiting firms, has an exceptional opportunity for an exceptional professional IT Recruiter.

This position is located on-site at an existing key account. Primary duties will be to interact with client hiring managers to learn their needs and expectations then deliver highly qualified IT professionals as needed. In addition, this position will provide support to salespeople developing new accounts by uncovering sales leads and delivering IT staff to new customers.

The successful candidate will have a keen understanding of IT recruiting and the Birmingham employment market.

Experience/Skills
3-5 years of IT recruiting experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable working on the phone and the Internet. College degree in HR (or related field) or equivalent work experience in HR, staffing, recruiting.
