Description
Selected candidates will participate in an intensive 5-week training program covering recruiting in the professional services industry. Approximately two weeks of the training will be conducted in Cleveland, Ohio with the balance being conducted in Southfield, Michigan. Successful candidates will be required to work in Cleveland one week out of every three weeks during the period of Mid-November 2005 through February 2006. Starting in March 2006, the position will be full time in Southfield, Michigan.

Duties:
Identify, Screen, Interview, and Close Candidates for Employment
Prepare candidate resumes for distribution
Match candidates for employment to open positions
Interface with the Company's internal sales force to coordinate candidate submittals
Coordinate the interview process for candidates
Maintain contact with candidates throughout the hiring process
Coordinate offer of employment and new-hire orientation process

Experience/Skills
Educational Background: Four-Year Degree in Bachelor of Science or Arts

Other Requirements (two or more of the following):
Fund raising (university, charitable institution) experience
Leadership position in an extracurricular activity
Outgoing personality
Presentation and/or public speaking experience
Telemarketing experience
Teaching experience
