This IT Recruiter will source and hire the top talent necessary to deliver on Humana's strategy and goals (Get the Right People in the Right Place at the Right Time).


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the full life cycle recruitment process for a variety of cross functional groups within Humana.
  • Source, screen and interview prospective candidates.

  • Educate and train hiring managers on new process for filling positions.

  • Creatively utilize cost-effective recruitment resources.

  • Seek out and develop positive relationships w/ internal and external clients.

  • Participate in and manage projects related to the design and implementation of "best practices" recruitment and selection methodologies.


Requirements Include:

  • Bachelors degree in a business discipline or equivalent combination of training, education and experience.

  • Five or more years of full life cycle recruitment experience.

  • A combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience is very desirable.

  • Demonstrated experience managing a complex, multi-faceted recruitment and screening process.

  • Proven expertise in networking, sourcing and direct recruitment.

  • Verifiable ability to manage client relationships, lead and direct individuals and groups of peers, managers and executives.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and competing deadlines with high accuracy rate.

  • Strong team building skills.
