As a result of our continued success, Robert Half Technology, the IT Consulting division of Robert Half International, is growing and looking for a focused and results oriented IT Recruiter to join our Wall Street Development (Web/Software/Database) / Programming placement team.

As an RHT IT Recruiter, you will:

*Use your proven recruiting and/or development / programming technical background .Net (C# / ASP / VB), Java / J2EE, SQL Server / Oracle / Sybase / DB2, XHTML / CSS2 / AJAX, LAMP, etc. to identify key talent in the marketplace and manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process.

*Source Development candidates through our existing database (over 500,000 technology professionals with 5+ years of experience) and contacts, advertising campaigns, and direct recruiting.

*Manage the full life cycle recruitment process based on changing priorities and client needs.

*Meet with candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences and contact peers and supervisors to determine a candidate's viability to support and resolve specific client needs.

*Consistent participation in networking organizations and events is strongly encouraged.

Using a consultative approach, you will make recommendations to clients regarding the top development focused talent available to meet their requirements, manage the expanding consultant base, and provide consistent support and direction to clients and candidates.

In addition, you will strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals and provide back-up support to teammates as needed, such as direct client interaction to qualify requirements or attend initial client meetings with consultants.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

The ideal IT Recruiter must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, recruiting, and problem solving skills in a fast-paced business environment. Recruiting and/or IT experience in the web, software, database development / programming space is required and a CIS/MIS Degree is preferred.

Candidates should have the following skill sets:

*Organization skills and ability to multi-task
