Join our innovative team for the following position:

We are currently looking for a fulltime Technical Recruiter in the Edison, New Jersey or Pittsburgh, PA area.

Required:
. Ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of technical recruiting experience working in a team-oriented office environment.
. Candidate possesses excellent time management and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills and a positive solution-oriented attitude.
. Candidate is able to balance customer concerns with business considerations while working in fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
. Experience conducting Internet searches a must.
. Ability to perform in depth sourcing of passive candidates by using creative forms of online search (Data Frenzy, LinkedIn, etc.)
. Project a highly professional image that conveys confidence, stability, and honesty to candidates and co-workers.
. Possess a solid understanding of the H1/visa process.
. Knowledge of visa application procedures and the laws and regulations pertaining to visa requirements.
. No prohibitive employment agreements.

Responsibilities:
. Check individual candidate visa applications to ensure all forms are filled out correctly; follow up with individual participants until forms are accurate.
. Interface directly with individual candidates who carry non-US passports to address special visa requirements on a case-by-case basis.
. Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure all potential visa issues are addressed.
. ConsultUSA provides H1B transfers and Green Card Processing to candidates. (The recruiting team is responsible for working with Human Resources and corporate attorneys to obtain proper documentation for these processes)
. Ability to manage pipeline effectively through database, e-mail, and files
. Identification Process:
. Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates
. Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract, contract to hire and direct placement employment.
. Hiring Process:
. Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.
. Conduct technical testing and in person interviews.
. Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms.
. Maintain excellent documentation with the company's database.
. Prepare resumes for presentation to clients:
. Coach candidates through the client interview process.
. Build relationships with contract employees through different activities including bi-weekly lunch meetings.
