We are currently looking for an experienced Recruiter who has worked in an IT consulting/staffing environment and has performed the function of an IT recruiter.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for candidate recruitment to meet the staffing needs of the company's clients. Activities include: Candidate referral gathering, Internet Job posting, Internet resume search, Internal company database leverage, and direct contact to possible candidates. You will review opportunities with candidates and facilitate the interview and offer processes.

Requirements:

Position requires 3+ years of Technical Recruiting in the IT industry to perform the position functions listed above.

Strong technology skills Preferred: MS WORD 2000, MS Excel 2000, Internet navigation, MS PowerPoint

Strong Communication skills and negotiating/sales skills

Strong desire to outperform, achieve, and learn new technologies and concepts

Understanding and exposure to IT disciplines of ERP, CRM, Ecommerce and Supply chain a plus
