We are looking to augment our existing recruiting team with Three strong Technical Recruiters to help fulfill the growing needs generated by our aggressive Sales team. The candidates will be responsible for managing the full candidate lifecycle process including sourcing, identification, screening and closing. Our MN office is looking to grow by adding to an already dynamic team. As a VMC IT Recruiter you will be responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process of contract, contract to hire, and permanent candidates for our Fortune 500 clients. Recruiter will also be responsible for identifying/sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and placing IT professionals.Must have 3 years of recruiting experience in a staffing environment, strong organizational and time management skills, and a Bachelor's degree. Must be Self-Motivated and Passionate. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated individual with strong people skills.This fast-paced environment requires multi-tasking skills and the ability to communicate effectively.Virtual Matrix Corporation(VMC) believes in motivating its recruiters with a very attractive "Commission" driven incentive package.
