To expand on this growth our Robert Half Technology team is currently hiring for a Permanent Placement Recruiter our Atlanta-Buckhead office. We are looking for the best and the brightest IT and Recruiting professionals to join one of our fastest growing offices in the Southeast.

We are seeking a Permanent Placement Recruiter with demonstrated success in recruiting, selling, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment. As a Permanent Placement Recruiter you will be responsible for fulltime placement of technical professionals. This position reports to the Division Director and is primarily responsible for the following:
  • Develop and grow a client base
  • Use his/her proven sales and/or technical background to develop and grow his/her own client base by selling our services for contract and/or full-time staffing solutions.
  • Make telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers and senior-level executives, for the purpose of selling our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
  • Recruit, interview and place highly skilled IT professionals.
  • Responsible for solidifying Robert Half Technology’s presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
  • Contact supervisors to determine candidate’s viability to support and resolve specific client needs.
  • Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.
  • Connect with tenured IT professionals to establish and build relationships.
  • Develop creative staffing plans to generate a qualified pool of candidates for current and future openings.
  • Passively recruit and interview IT professionals.

Experience/Skills
Permanent Placement Recruiter must have an elevated level of self-confidence, perseverance, dynamic communication skills and a high sense of urgency. The ideal Permanent Placement Recruiter will be a self-starter, who is highly motivated, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong work ethic. Candidate must have a BA and/or 3 + years of sales experience. A hands on technical background is preferred.
