Oversees various systems projects of a complex nature.

Works with management to identify business and IT project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedule to ensure meeting deadlines of projects and timely completion of project.

Must be familiar with systems scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.

Communicates results and status of the project with IT Manager frequently.

Ensures adherence to project management processes and documentation standards.

Experience/Skills
**PREFER LOCAL CANDIDATES**
Position based in St. Louis, MO
No Sub-Contractor or 1099 need to apply

1 - 3 Years of Project Management experience

5 - 7 years of experience in information systems operations environment in systems analysis or development

Certification in project management helpful

Knowledge of project development, including process mapping, budgeting and timeline creation

Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward project completion

Knowledge of PBM, healthcare industry helpful

Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills

Advanced written and oral communication skills are a must

General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office

Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business and some travel requirements
