This IT Support Help Desk Technician position features:
Part-time, flexible schedule (great for a student)

Immediate need for IT Support Help Desk Technician seeking entry into the IT/computer support field, part-time hours and a flexible schedule. Prior help desk experience, strong familiarity with the Windows environment and a "customer centric" attitude will be keys to success in this growing, dynamic organization. Must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for the position:
Ability to diagnose and fix hardware and software issues for both desktops and servers
Experience installing and troubleshooting problems on Win 9x, Win 2k, Win XP, Win NT 4.0/Win 2k/Win 2003 Server, IIS, Exchange, DNS
End-User and Help Desk experience in MS Office Suite, QuickBooks Pro, Act!, and pcAnywhere
Experience in troubleshooting LANs and WANs, switches and routers
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP Certifications such as A+, MCSE, CNE, CCNA are plus but not required

Other personal characteristics or competencies:
Ensuring that the project is completed and the client or user is satisfied
Communicating with customers on work being performed and future work that may be required
Accurate time tracking and documentation with comprehensive notes on work performed
