We are looking for a highly motivated sales associate that is entrepreneurial minded, desires success and will work to get there. This position will lead to local, regional and national management opportunities.

As a SR. ACCOUNT MANAGER you will:

.Develop a growing market share.
.Provide product and industry expertise to support the Sales team (sales calls, demonstrations, technical discussions, business case development)
.Engage with customers to develop and present sales proposals.
.Manage the project scope, team, status reporting, issues, and budget reporting to clients.
.Understand customers' requirements during implementation and their technical/network architecture.
.Specify the technical approach and design options.
.Provide business consulting/advise on solution rollouts.
.Provide post-implementation account management/support.
.Manage the customer reference-ability and on-going relationship.
.Solicit and capture customers' requirements and feedback.
.Work with the Marketing and Engineering teams to process and manage customers' inputs.

Experience/Skills
Experience in IT Solutions and services sales .Ability to generate a large volume of new clients. (previous sales contacts a plus) .Bachelors degree in computer science (desired). .Enterprise software / hardware / lifecycle experience. .Experience working directly with customers in pre-sales, project management, and technical delivery roles .Ability to work independently and as part of a team .Passion for customer service and success .Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) .Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer requirements .Creative questioning approach to problem solving.
