-Must know the language of IT - Applications, Software development tools, and IT terminology.
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Should interact with existing and new vendors and collect their staffing requirements.
- Should focus on the acquisition of new clients and the development of new business opportunities
- Must have experience in using various job boards .
- Must possess a sense of urgency, instinct to close business and strong negotiation skills.
