IT Security Certification and Accreditation Analyst - C&A Analyst Security Analyst

Established Systems Engineering and Information Technology consulting firm/Government Contractor has an immediate need for 2 mid level IT Security C&A Analysts.

If you are a IT Security Certification and Accreditation Analyst or C&A Analyst with 1-2 years of experience, please read on!

What you need for this position:

- 1-1.5+ years of experience developing developing C&A packages, including Systems Security Plans (SSP), Risk Assessments, Security Operations Procedures or Guides, Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) Test Plans (Pre-Operational and Operational), ST&E Test Plan Results Reports, Contingency Plans (CP), CP Test Plans and Results, Interconnection Security Agreements (ISA), and Rules of Behavior.
- Knowledge of FISMA, FIPS and Federal Information Security Management legislations
- Strong writing skills and the ability to prepare well-written and concise documentation
- CISSP certification is a big plus.

What you'll be doing:

- Receiving guidance and mentorship from Senior level team members on the entire C&A process.
- Serving as a Certification and Accreditation Analyst for a Government Agency.
- Drafting the necessary documentation in support of the C&A process
- Conducting validation tests of the client's systems,
- Supporting the development of C&A documentation
- Tracking and managing the POA&M items.
