This candidate will serve as a Project Manager, providing expert counsel to the VA Chief Information Officer, Chief Privacy Officer, Deputy Privacy Officer for Healthcare and Deputy Privacy Officer for Veterans Benefits. The candidate will manage a project team of experts in Healthcare and Benefits privacy responsible for developing a Total Privacy Management (TPM) solution for the VA. Once the TPM is accepted by the Secretary, implement the TPM, developing policies and detailed procedures for the individual VA agencies, field offices, hospitals and clinics, nationwide. df-tc
