We are currently seeking an IT Security Specialist with SenSage experience for a contract in the Bowie MD area with an initial term of 6 months with probable extensions.

The incumbent is to manage the customers SenSage Audit Log analytics system with the following skills:
- Extensive experience in Sensage is a must
- Experience in Sensage's Analyzer including account administration, reporting, scheduling, and developing ad-hoc queries
- Experience in Sensage's Collector including configuration, troubleshooting, log analysis, testing log adapters and verifying results
- Experience in configuring, optimizing and managing Sensage's Scalable Log Server
- Strong experience in Linux systems administration including security, commands, Perl and shell scripting
- Experience in audit log management and analysis
- Experience in configuring auditing in AIX, Linux, Tru64, Solaris and VMS conforming to C2 requirements
- Knowledge of AIX, Linux, Tru64, Solaris and VMS system audit and log analysis
- Experience in Redhat Cluster Manager
- Experience in Netbackup
- Experience in software testing
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access database
- Excellent analytic and problem solving skills
- Experience in information and operating systems security
- Knowledge and understanding of government regulations, policies and practices
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CISSP certification is preferred.
