Description
A highly motivated and qualified individual who is a self-starter and able to work both in a team environment and independently.

Demonstrate proficiency in several programming languages including COBOL, CICS and EASYTRIEVE PLUS
Demonstrate knowledge of JAVA, JAVA Scripts, HTML and Oracle.
Provide analytical abilities to gather customer business requirements, security and system requirements. Translate user requirements into system design documentation and specifications sufficient for programmer development.
Work independent, plan and coordinate personal work assignments with minimal daily supervision. Prepare well written weekly status reports to management.
Design unit and string test plans to insure compliance to quality and user functionality.
Prepare small project work plans with accurate project work assignments, task estimates, resource scheduling milestones and deliverables.
Provide problem resolution and production services support of deployed applications.
Evaluate and learn new technologies selected by IT for application development.
Manage customer relations in a professional and responsive manner regarding application support, requests for software changes and problem resolution.
Evaluate vendor software/hardware products being considered by IT or the customer.
Identify business process improvement opportunities with both IT and/or IT customer applications.
