May perform one or more of the following:
The IT Service Desk / Network Operations Analyst will work as a member of the ACS Expedited Solutions Service Desk, the central point of contact for users and the point to which all incidents will be reported. The ACS Expedited Solutions Service Desk is the operational focus for the prioritization, assignment, and communication for resolution and recording of incidents.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Performs first level of support and troubleshooting for internal IT related issues
Monitors, analyzes and responds to issues identified through internal monitoring and/or alerting systems
Performs escalated support and technical troubleshooting for issues assigned through the customer support team
Manages issues to defined Service Level Objectives
Acts as liaison to facilitate communication between the IT, Engineering and Business organizations
Ensures that proper notification and escalation procedures are being followed
Communicates schedule and impact to the organization for scheduled maintenance activities
Escalates internal issues to corporate IT resources as needed
Provides technical expertise to support users in a Microsoft Windows environment
Supports and assists with the operation and management of infrastructure and systems including LAN, WAN, phone systems, etc
Ensures services and scheduled tasks are completed accurately and on-time
Ensures availability of systems, applications, hardware, and tools
Maintains and monitors production jobs, services and scheduled tasks
Assists in creating and establishing policies and procedures for the Service Desk
Provides on-call support for IT Operations / Service Desk as scheduled
Updates and maintains ticketing system
Coordinates turnover of incidents between shifts to ensure a smooth transition
Shift work may be required (evening or night shift)
Shift is 11pm to 8am (overnight shift)


Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must demonstrate initiative and interest in learning and understanding the support needs of ACS Expedited Solutions systems and applications
Must be able to work an overnight shift from 11pm to 8am
Excellent communication (written and spoken) and follow-up skills are necessary
Ability to review, understand, and adhere to documented procedures
Candidates must be flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must be a strong self starter, and be able to take ownership of an area and work with minimal supervision
Highly organized, detail oriented, possessing the ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments while maintaining a calm and controlled presence
3+ years experience supporting Microsoft Windows production operations
Working knowledge and experience supporting storage and backup systems
Personal computing skills, to include a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Ideal candidate will possess NOC experience, ITIL knowledge, and Service Desk experience
