IT Service Level Management Consultant

This position is in the dynamic and growing area of IT Service Management. This position, in the IT Operations group, will work with multiple areas in IT to provide hands-on assistance for ITIL-based process design and implementation projects. This position will work with other team members to deliver IT Service Management assessments, workshops and implementation for ITIL processes.

The successful candidate must possess an understanding of IT terminology, be organized, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and possess good customer service skills. Must be able to multi-task, and be pro-active in addressing issues quickly.

Specific responsibilities will include:
* Working with IT and business customers to define service requirements and acceptable service levels
* Monitoring of metrics and management reports
* Facilitating service review meetings with business customers and IT groups to identify under-achieving services and opportunities for improvement
* Participating in cross-organizational IT Perfect Service teams to achieve program goals
* Deliver ITSM presentations and training to all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
* Regular attendance at change advisory board meetings
* Working with IT Operations customers on the management of IT's Service Catalog
* Other special projects as necessary
