Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a IT Site Manager to join our team in Hattiesburg, MS.
This is a multifaceted role which requires strong skills in Service Delivery, Relationship Management and Associate Leadership.

Job Responsibilities:
The Site Manager provides or oversees:
  • Leadership of technical operations in a mission critical hospital environment,
  • Customer relationship management,
  • Technical strategic planning,
  • Implementation of proven technologies to add value;
  • Management, motivation, development of technical resources to meet changing technical needs,
  • Adherence to Perot Systems core values in decision-making and actions.

    The Site Manager assumes the principal leadership role for the quality delivery of IT service. Services include application support, infrastructure services, desktop support, and implementation support for new clinical and ERP applications.

    Additionally, the Site Manager provides oversight to ensure the quality delivery of core and discretionary services (e.g., monitoring projects, requests, incidents) and works with enterprise teams to establish priorities and resolve issues in a manner that minimizes IT disruption.

    Required Skills:
  • Advanced customer relationship management and communication skills.
  • Advanced problem resolution and conflict negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in a matrix environment
  • Demonstrated experience with application and/or infrastructure services delivery.
  • Understanding of technology management processes (e.g., capacity planning, demand forecasting, resource management).
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Understanding of/experience with project management disciplines and tools.
  • Experience with HIPAA security and confidentiality regulations and mitigation strategies within a hospital environment.

    Desired Skills:
  • 7 years or more IT delivery experience in a hospital or health system environment.
  • 5 years or more leading IT teams of 5 or more people in a hospital or health system environment.
  • 3 years or more P&L experience.
  • 3 years or more direct Project Management experience.

    Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or Healthcare related area
    and / or
  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Business, or Healthcare related area (desired)
