Description
Team Technology is assisting our client in recruiting a Director for their IT Center of Excellence.
This person will develop sourcing strategy for production support, lead the implementation and execution of sourcing strategy and manage and coordinate the operational impacts of these intitiatives with the existing hardware, software and communications supplier base.
Design and implement processes and procedures to ensure that the seamless, end to end service delivery for the sourced initiatives are compatible and integrated with existing supplier committments. Negotiate and resolve operational conflicts that may arise between multiple suppliers and the enterprise.
Manage external suppliers through service level commitments.
Initiates and provides leadership, strategic/tactical direction and planning input on all information technology and client/business area issues and in the development of an IT environment which meets current and anticipated business requirements and objectives.
Strong IT/Vendor Management background with a minimum of 8 to 10 years sourcing.
Experienced in IT Application Support and Management.
Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
