IT Specialist/Support with Lotus Notes and Microsoft skills - Boulder, Colorado



Overview



This position will include a variety of tasks and work items related to implementing and supporting the World Wide IT Infrastructure of our client. The individual must have a broad range of IT skills including the ability to work well with people while ensuring the business objectives are being met.





Pay - $18.00 - 20.00 hr (W2 only) with hourly benefits

Length - Ongoing

Location - Boulder, Colorado





Must haves include :




  1. Degree in the IT field (Either Associates or Bachelor's degree)
  2. Experience with Lotus Notes and Microsoft products.



Work items include:




  • End User Support



Work with end users to resolve IT issues and needs as they arise. This will require working with our client's help desk and desk side support teams, ensuring they are meeting the service level agreements while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. In addition, the individual will need to follow a variety of processes in order to get the work done. The areas of support include applications, hardware, network connectivity, ID's and passwords and security. Again this support is to be conducted from a world wide perspective to ensure that all of our client's employees IT needs are being met. World wide process management and improvements along with gaining customer satisfaction are the key contributions that are expected from the individual.






  • WorkStation Management



This work includes a variety of tasks, such as, inventory management, asset security, purchase requisition placement, database updates, technical support and evaluation. The work is to be conducted and managed from a world wide perspective for our client's population.




  • Software



Assist in the tracking and support of software licenses based on all the software needs for our client's company. Work with procurement teams and engage in planning and gaining management approval for purchasing software licenses.
