Looking for IT Specialist in Rancho Bernardo, CA!

JOB DUTIES:
Installing, configuring and upgrading operating systems and software, using primarily corporate - or site-standard practices as appropriate
Installing, configuring, assembling and repairing computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printers and related hardware
Troubleshooting and solving hardware and software problems
Instructing users on new or upgraded computer applications and hardware
Support wireless network and teleconferencing
Installation and configuration of telephone and answering services
Deciding on how images and other material will be digitally optimized and presented for the Web
Special Projects as Required

REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Computer Science Background
2. General Computer Installation, Maintenance and Repair Experience
3. Working knowledge of remote e-mail services, such as Blackberry
4. Working Knowledge of Network Operating Systems, including, Microsoft
5. Ability to Use Initiative and Independent Judgment within Established Guidelines and Procedures
6. Ability to Work independently and be an Effective Contributor in a Diversified Team
7. Ability to Handle Multiple Projects and Task
8. Ability to Set Priorities and Meet Critical Time Deadlines
9. Ability to Prioritize and Organize Effectively, Attention to Detail
10. Ability to Work Effectively at all Levels of the Organization
