Description
Immediate need for an IT Support Analyst seeking to work for a growing, stable company, great benefits and room for professional growth.
Will be supporting IT purchasing and corporate telecommunications needs, including developing, defining and refining process flow. Apply understanding and knowledge of information systems, products, and services to assist internal end users in problem solving on calls to support desk.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
1. Apply understanding and knowledge of information systems, products, and services to assist internal end users in problem solving on calls to support desk.
2. Purchase hardware, software, peripherals, cell phones etc. as requested and approved according to department guidelines.
3. Analyze and resolve complex hardware and software problems associated with desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals.
4. Analyze, evaluate, and resolve issues in a timely manner; review trends for process improvements; work with business and technical groups on a regular basis.
5. Identify and suggest implementation of process and system enhancements to continuously improve operations.
6. Assist with creation and maintenance of training documentation for technical and functional training. Conduct training classes as needed. Other duties may be assigned.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
