DUTIES >> Successful applicant's responsibilities will include installation, configuring, and maintenance of desktop systems and workstations within the guidelines of company policies and security practices. Assigning passwords and testing file system security. Communicate technical information to technical and nontechnical employees when providing instruction on the use of desktop programs or when providing assistance in resolving technical problems. SKILLS >> Good verbal and written communication skills are a must. Must have 4+ years experience supporting and troubleshooting windows workstations in an Enterprise environment. Must be customer focused. Must be a self-starter, capable of working on projects with minimal guidance and supervision. Windows Server and Linux experience a plus EDUCATION >> Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
