Description
Candidate will be primary focal point for providing technical assistance regarding the physical and site support facilities requirements for proper installation, connectivity, operation and service of information technology equipment installed in the labs that Engineering Services support. Will also be responsible for Business Controls for audit readiness in the areas of asset management, such as conducting annual physical inventory, deployment and disposal of workstation and lab machines and keeping track of all hardware peripherals. Candidate must be skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word and be able to learn various Internal IBM systems such as eAMT, Clarify, Clearcase, WAM, and BOND System Analyst skills would be a plus. Candidate may be required to physically lift and move equipment if needed.
