Creates and develops software solutions to application errors reported. Escalates unresolved issues to proper personnel. Complete Description: IT Support Specialist III provides support for high complexity level application support. Ability to support an existing BusinessObjects deployment and other day-to-day activities. Familiarly with Business Objects environments consisting of client/server, full client and Web Intelligence components. Manage the Business Objects security by performing regular administrative functions to ensure appropriate access to end users. Perform report and universe migrations on a weekly basis.
